If a customer wishes to cancel a confirmed order made via the Site or the Application, either prior to or after the shipment of the product, the cancellation policy contained in the applicable listing will apply to such cancellation, provided that no refund will be made in respect of orders that have already been shipped. Any refunds due will be initiated pursuant to the Payments Terms.

If PMT cancels a confirmed order made via the Site, Services, and Application, PMT will refund the amount paid by the customer for such order, pursuant to the Payments Terms, which shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer.
